Bi-fold doors fold back neatly to one side, so a whole wall of your home can open onto the garden. In summer, the kitchen, dining room or living room and the patio become one space. In winter, you still get a wide view and plenty of daylight.
They work between rooms too, linking two living areas when you want one open space and closing them off when you don’t.
Made for your opening
Every set is designed for your home. You choose the number of panels, and the doors can be fully open, partly open or closed. They can fold left to right, right to left or from anywhere in between, so we can arrange them around your furniture and the way you use the room.
Choose crisp white uPVC or one of a range of colours and authentic woodgrain foils, so your bi-folds tie in with the rest of your windows and doors.
Slim, neat and secure
Liniar’s bi-fold system gives you slim sightlines, so you see more glass and less frame. The hardware is hidden away, with the doors running on an in-board stainless steel track for a tidy finish.
The frames have hidden reinforcement inside for strength, the hinges are concealed and we fit high-security Yale multi-point locks. As Yale approved installers, the locks come with a 10-year Yale guarantee. Keeping the working parts out of sight also keeps them out of the weather.
Warm, even with a wall of glass
Liniar’s multi-chambered profile creates a thermal barrier, and together with high-quality double glazing it keeps the warmth in and the draughts out. The uPVC we fit is A-rated for energy efficiency, and the profiles are lead free and fully recyclable.
Easy access
An ultra-low 24mm aluminium threshold, with an optional ramp, makes it easy to step, wheel a pushchair or use a wheelchair between the house and the garden. Our bi-folds meet the current Building Regulations.

Should I choose uPVC or aluminium bi-folds?
Both open up a whole wall to the garden. uPVC bi-folds are warm, low maintenance and come in white, colours and woodgrain finishes. Aluminium bi-folds have very slim, strong frames and come in over 200 RAL colours. We fit both and can show you the difference at your free home visit.

Can bi-fold doors have a level threshold?
Our uPVC bi-folds can have an ultra-low 24mm aluminium threshold, with an optional ramp for wheelchair access. They meet the current Building Regulations.
How do I look after bi-fold doors?
Clean the frames with warm soapy water, and run a sponge along the track and mechanisms every couple of months to clear any grit. That keeps them opening smoothly.
