Charm with a practical side
A stable door splits into two halves that open independently, or together as a single door. Open just the top to let in fresh air and daylight while the bottom half stays shut, keeping small children and pets safely inside where you can see them.
That makes a stable door a practical, characterful alternative to a standard back door. Close both halves and you have the privacy and security of an ordinary door.
Warm and weather tight
Our stable doors are made with Liniar’s 6-chambered uPVC profile, which helps keep your home warm whatever the weather outside. Double drip bars are fitted as standard to both the top and bottom sashes to keep the rain out.
The uPVC is fully recyclable, and it never needs painting. A wipe down now and then keeps it looking smart.
Secure in both halves
Our stable doors are Secured by Design, the police-backed security initiative. Advanced locking comes as standard, with further upgrades available if you want extra peace of mind. We’re Yale approved installers, and the Yale locks we fit carry a 10-year Yale guarantee.
Styled to suit your home
Stable doors suit country cottages and period homes, but they look just as good on a modern house or new build. Choose from a range of styles, colours and authentic woodgrain finishes, then add the hardware to finish the look.
Easy access
Low threshold and wheelchair access options are available across our whole range of uPVC stable doors, so your new door can be tailored to the way you live.
