The window that suits almost any home
Casement windows are the most popular choice for homes across Hastings and East Sussex, and it’s easy to see why. They’re simple to open, weatherproof and good looking, and they work just as well on a period cottage as on a modern house.
Because they open wide, casements are also a practical choice for windows that are hard to reach, and they let plenty of fresh air through your home, which helps keep condensation down.

Designed around your home
We make every casement window to measure. You choose the frame style, colour, glass and hardware, and we’ll help you get the balance right for your property.
- Frame style: a sculptured frame for a softer, traditional look, or a chamfered frame for cleaner, simpler lines.
- Colours: white, golden oak and ivory, plus shades such as basalt, dark green and Chartwell green.
- Glass and bars: a choice of glass styles, with Georgian or astragal bars if you want extra character.
- Hardware: a range of handles and hinge options to finish the look.
The 70mm Liniar frame keeps sightlines slim, so you get more glass and more daylight.

Warm and weatherproof
Our uPVC casement windows are A-rated, and the Liniar system can reach a Window Energy Rating of A+12. The multi-chambered profile traps heat, while high-performance bubble gaskets seal out draughts and rain. An optional glazing flipper adds further protection against the weather.
That means a warmer home that relies less on the heating. The profile is also lead free and fully recyclable.
Secure as standard
- Yale high-security shootbolt locking on every casement, with a 10-year Yale guarantee.
- Stainless steel friction stays, tested to 20,000 opening cycles, with hinge protection for extra strength.
- Optional child restrictors to stop the window opening too far.
As FENSA registered installers, we register every replacement window, so you get a certificate showing it meets Building Regulations.
Easy to live with
uPVC casement windows never need sanding or painting. A wipe with a damp cloth every so often is all it takes to keep them looking and working like new.
